Logically, a managed information technology services provider based in Portland, Maine, announced it has acquired Cornerstone IT, a Mentor company that provides IT services to small and midsize businesses in Northeast Ohio and Pennsylvania. Terms of the deal weren't disclosed. Logically said in a news release that Cornerstone marks its 11th acquisition since 2019. It said the deal expanded its capabilities in key areas such as cybersecurity, data backup/recovery and cloud services. The deal gives Logically 17 full-time-equivalent Northeast Ohio employees.
