Noodles & Co. is planning to open its first Northeast Ohio location later this month. The fast-casual noodle brand is preparing its latest location in Mentor, Ohio. The restaurant will open its doors at 9210 Mentor Ave. on Dec. 14, Noodles & Co. said in a statement. Noodles & Co. (NASDAQ: NDLS) serves salads, tortelloni, and other noodle dishes. It has more than 18 other locations in Ohio. The first Noodles & Co. restaurant was opened in Denver by Aaron Kennedy 27 years ago. By 2013, the noodle company had gone public.
