Children entering kindergarten through third grade can strengthen their reading skills with the Reading Rockstars series at Mentor Public Library's Lake Branch, 5642 Andrews Road in Mentor-on-the-Lake. The program runs at 1 p.m. every Tuesday from April 11 to May 16. It's free to attend and no registration is required, according to a news release. Library staff will reinforce important reading skills using stories, music, games and more. Each session will bolster different skills to help students reach their reading goals, the release stated.
