My boyfriend and I were trying to order a ring. They told us that it would be at the store in a week and they would call us when it came in. After a week I called asking if they have any update on the ring. The salesman says it's not there yet. A couple of days later we tried calling again, but it seemed like they didn't know anything about the ring we ordered. The salesman said he would call us later that day. We received no phone call. After a few more days my boyfriend and I stopped in to see if by any chance the ring was there. No. They keep giving us the run around saying they will call us with updates. It's been almost four weeks and we can't get answers. I love the ring and wish it wasn't this hard to get it. I am taking my business elsewhere.
